Warranty Policy

1. Limited Warranty

AtriBOT warrants that our hardware products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. What is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in electronic components, motors, and structural parts of the kits under normal use conditions as described in our documentation.

3. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper assembly or misuse.
• Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs.
• Batteries or other consumable parts.
• Software or firmware issues (covered under our digital support).
• Accidental damage, exposure to liquids, or extreme environments.

4. How to Claim Warranty

To make a warranty claim, please contact our support team with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos or videos showing the issue. We will, at our discretion, either repair the defective part, replace it with a new or refurbished part, or issue a refund.
